Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your package ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment notification.

Multiple Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

This information helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
